Vintage 1950s Saucer Hat Blue Velvet w Leaves & Rhinestones Madame Ines Montreal Jean Philippe Ricquier A small label at theThis hat is right out of the mid 1950s I have photos of my mother wearing a similar hat when I was a baby. The hat is made in a saucer shape with downturned edge. It is made of blue velvet with applied velvet leaves in a violet blue colour. The leaves form a cluster on the top of the hat, each leaf studded with a rhinestone, and the edge is trimmed with leaves. The interior has a part that fits onto the head I would size it as a small to smaller
